About the products

Do you use preservatives?
Considering the burden on the skin, we manufacture all products as much as possible without parabens, fragrance, synthetic colorants, and other additives. However, depending on the item, there may be cases where preservatives are listed as carryovers.
Who is it suitable for in terms of age group and skin type?
It can be used by people with all skin types. Additionally, it can be used by a wide range of age groups.
Even though it contains platinum, is it safe for those with metal allergies?
There are no particular issues. Platinum nanoparticles have high purity and can be used by individuals with sensitive skin such as atopic skin, acne-prone skin, or those with delicate skin.
What are the storage instructions and shelf life?
Please avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature. Also, since we do not use any preservatives, please use it as soon as possible after opening. For the Pure Essence series, refrigerating after opening will help it last longer.
What are the effects of platinum (platinum nano-colloid)?
Platinum nano-colloid is said to remove and maintain all active enzymes, with an effect lasting for 26 hours. It helps prevent skin aging and also prevents the deterioration of the product itself.
Is OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) possible?

Yes, most of our products are available for OEM. Depending on the quantity, we can also adjust ingredients and manufacture products that are not available under our brand.

MOQ and Prices

Do you have a minimum purchase order?
There is no specific minimum purchase order. Orders can be placed starting from one item. However, the wholesale price varies depending on the quantity of your order. Please inquire through our contact form for more information.

About shipping

Please tell me how to place an order.
  1. Please inform us of the specific product name through the inquiry form.
  2. We will send you a table showing the quantity ordered and the estimated amount (product price only).
  3. Once the order details are confirmed, please send us a purchase order via email.
  4. We will send you an invoice for shipping charges + product price. If you have a preferred forwarder, please let us know.
  5. For orders from our stock, please make full payment. For large orders, please pay a 50% deposit. The remaining balance should be paid by seven business days before shipment.
  6. Upon confirmation of your payment, we will proceed with shipping preparations and dispatch your order at the earliest convenience.
